Hi Miranda! I'm new to this site too and I find it really hard for me to stay or get motivated and feel like I have no support system. I think the biggest thing is having a buddy who is serious about changing and willing to stick with it. I live north of Pittsburgh (cranberry) and looking for a workout/diet partner who is serious :) I have a few friends who say they want to lose weight but when it comes down to working out or planning meals they disappear lol 3785 days ago

It will soo become second nature to you! I used to eat crap all day, snack all day, and not exercise. I am a chocolate addict too! I just dont deprive myself of junk food, I will have 1/2 a cup of icecream instead of 2 cups or 1 tbsp of chocolate chips instead of 2 handfulls. It really is all about eating in moderation! Good luck! You will get the hang of things, just give it a few weeks.!
Its amazing that after 1 entire day of eating properly, you will feel so much better. Then day 2, 3, 4, 5 get sooooo much easier. Its all about the first step. Yeah, you are going to be hungry cause youre used to eating a lot more(not you in particular) but when you eat excess amounts your appetite gets bigger. I always struggle on the first day of jumping back on the wagon. It WILL get easier. Small steps!!!! 3789 days ago
