Hi everyone,

I'm Mirela (Mirelica is my diminutive) and I'm in the process of losing weight and also losing bad habits. I'm 5' 8" and I gained the extra weight very fast in about 6 months in 2006, after some side effects of a medication. I will lose the weight because I have a system. I take care of my health, meditate, exercise and eat clean (very low carbs). I'm working on improving myself and this is more difficult to do in my opinion.

My Goals:
- To lower my body fat percent and increase my muscle mass;
- To increase my flexibility;
- To get rid of my bad habits.

My Program:
- No processed food, very very low carbs, mindful eating, no wheat, no grains, no gluten, no dairy, no alcohol, no red meat, no soy, no coffee, no sugar;
- IF 15:9 daily;
- 3 meals a day, no snacking.
- meditation twice a day.
I also work out 3 - 4 times a week: weights or cardio or QiGong or Callanetics, Pilates, hiking, walking outside + 10 min. Yoga/daily in the morning.
