Ok, it isn't baby weight anymore....no more excuses!


I've been on Sparkpeople for over 11 years, off and on. I've have fluctuated significantly in my weight during that time. Babies, stress, emotions all have derailed my efforts to maintain a consistently healthy body weight. I have to do this.

Reach 145 pounds

Exercise at least 5 days a week.

Never make excuses!

My Program:
 Stay ACTIVE!!

Joined the gym where I will do various strength programs via a trainer and cardio. I'm also training for a triathlon.


Personal Information:
My name is Rachel and I live in Central Virginia with my husband and 2 children. We have 2 dogs.

I work full time, so it is especially important to get up and get moving every day.
