I really like TurboFire...it is really based on kick boxing. It is choreographed and has awesome music and tempo. Chalene Johnson is awesome and the room has energy that is out of this world. Have you watched an infomercial or gone on YouTube to watch it to see if it is something you would like. I personally love it and it has helped me lose 50 pounds! I burn anywhere from 400-700 calories depending on the workout~time, intensity, etc. There are HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) that are 15-25 minutes long. Then the "regular" workouts are anywhere from 30-60 minutes long. I hope that helps a little bit.
