My Goals:
1. Be able to see muscle tone without flexing.

2. Keep my BMI in the 19/20 range.

3. Keep my body fat percentage in the 19/20 range.

LIFE TIME GOAL
Keep off the weight and never give up on ME ever again!


My Program:
1. Tracking EVERY calorie

2. Eating clean

3. Hydration

4. Working out until I am in a pool of sweat

5.Restful sleep



Personal Information:
I will stumble, I may even fall but I will always get back up, dust myself off and go on. That is what will define me... those moments when it gets hard and I want to quit... that is the moment that defines who I have become... that is when I dig deep. WE are amazing creatures that can do the most incredible and glorious things... all of us have that spark, we just need to ignite it! Make that connection. Take a long look in that mirror and know that person staring back at you is wonderful, strong and amazing. We are worth it!
