Just for Today...
I will be 43 next month!
So in January 2012, we (my family) started eating healthier and added excercise to our lives. I lost 50 pounds. This summer I slacked. I avoided the gym. My eating habits were a little lax, too. But I did maintain my weight loss.
Then September came & my life went to hell in a hand basket. I regained 20 of the 50 pounds. :(
so January 2013, I'm back on track & have already lost 5 of the 20 I put on during the dark period. I will ...

I love live music especially alternative rock! Got a thing for ren faires and camping! I love INK.
I'm mommy to 3 lovely girlies...ages 13, 15 & 18...
I'm Reiki Master (level III)...
I will be a grandmother in June 2013! so excited! :)

I'm watching what I eat, eating smaller portions of healthy food and going to the gym 2-3x a week.
Personal Information:
It takes me about 60-90 days to mentally adjust to the physical changes of weight loss.
Other Information:
I'm a ortho trauma nurse in the Houston med center & I LOVE my job! :)
