Update 11.9.18

Hi everyone. It's been a long time since I've been active on Spark but I feel like it's time to get back to it. Back in 2009-2012/13 I ended up losing over 100 pounds going from 305 at my highest to 170 at my lowest. I was able to maintain between 175-185 for a few years and then life happened. I began to slip up on my workouts skipping more and more over time, living life and eating whatever I wanted not thinking.

In 2016 I lost someone really important to me which coincided with having to move and find a new job all within the span of 2 months. It's been a rocky battle since and I've actually gain almost 60 pounds back from my lowest! I'm shocked that I let myself get to where I am today but that's why I'm here. Spark was a great asset when I lost the weight before and I know with this community and its resources I can do it again.
