My Goals:
Weight:
My goal here is not an actual scale number, but rather a range. I would like to be a size 8-10. I want to feel better and so I am utilizing how I feel as the primary driver for my goals.

Health
*Eat only food that I can raise in my own backyard.
*Don't eat anything that can be delivered through my car window.
*Don't eat anything that was created in a lab.
*Drink water.
*Move more.

Personal
*Be awesome every day.
*Live with intention.
*Only do what I want to do, and nothing that I don't.



My Program:
My focus is less on hard numbers and more on living a healthy lifestyle and feeling good. What feels good to me right now is clean eating and circuit workouts that combine cardio with building lean muscle. I am currently working through the 30 Day Shred and Bob Harper's kettlebell workout. I am also training for a half marathon!

    Hey Kerri!

    Things are slowly but surely getting there... actually I'm kinda waiting unitl the gym I joined opens (hopefully this week!!) to start my full-time plan. I've been cooking healthier this week, but I don't expect many changes until I actually start working out. Actually, I guess I should make a post on my page.. I think I'll do that next. ;)

    Other than the plan, everything else is really great aside from work which has been kicking my butt for the past 2 weeks! And this week isnt getting any better... boo!
