Thanks for stopping by & your comment... We do have a lot in common! I have been doing some walking tapes and have started riding my bike (in door trainer for now) & I've been doing Zoomba on Friday's at our Fitness & Health Center. Can't wait to get outside and start riding my bike. I'm training for Ragbrai again. (Ever heard of that?) It's a bike ride across Iowa. I have gone about 10 times and 2 of the 10 years, I rode every mile across. Some years I've only been able to go a day or two and some years, I would ride 1/2 days. A days ride averages about 70 miles. Hopefully that will help with the weight loss! Keep up the good work! 3662 days ago
