No Pain, No Gain...err, or Loss :)


I'm a 40 year old woman. Married with a blended family of four children and two grandchildren. My goal is to be as healthy as I can be. Clean eating and daily exercise are leading me that way!

Fitness Minutes: 1,069

My Goals:
1. Eat under 1200-1500 calories per day. (CHECK)

2. Do not drink anymore soda. CHECK! (I haven't had soda since February 16th)

3. Limit myself to 1 cup of coffee per day. (still struggling with this, I LOVE coffee but at least I never put sugar in it)

4. Exercise at LEAST 30 minutes per day, 6 days a week. (CHECK)

My Program:
 I workout 6 days a week. My workouts include at least 30 minutes of cardio and 30 minutes of strength training. I also steer clear of bad foods and use portion control.

 I'd love to mention that I share my life with my wonderful partner Becca (we've been together for 12 years) and we raise two beautiful children together. Their names are Christian (13) and Phoebe (3).
