Just Turned 30 and Ready to Lose!
I have struggled with weight my whole life and I am going to get this right! I am DONE!
From about age 10 through high school I played every sport possible, softball, volleyball, basketball, cheerleading and dance team.
After high school it was all down hill and my weight slowly added on until I got to my highest weight of 325. Now I can barely make it up a flight of stairs without losing my breath.
I want to be able to enjoy life and do fun things without worrying about ...

My Program:
I am trying to eat between 1500 and 1700 calories a day which is about half what I was eating in a typical day before.
Also trying to get sugary soda out of my life but it's been a struggle.
As a family we are eating less fried/fatty foods and more healthy/fresh, unprocessed foods.
My exercise plan includes:
Swimming for 60 Mins on Mon, Wed, Fri
Strength/Weight Training Sun, Tue & Thu
Personal Information:
I have lived in WI my whole life and despite the snow I love it here.
I live with my bf and his 2 wonderful children. We enjoy doing a lot of things together, especially swimming so it has been easy to work that into our exercise routine!
I am 5'9" and my highest weight was 325 lbs. My first goal is to get down to 200 lbs and then see what would be a good range from there.
Other Information:
I am a reality TV freak. I love The Amazing Race, Survivor, Big Brother, etc. I also like many of the pawn shows like Hardcore Pawn and Pawn Stars. Another one of my Favs is Operation Repo.
