Ages 18, 14, 9, and 8. I love to read and I am an avid reader, I almost always have a book in my hand at some point during the day.I am Kentucky native that moved to Florida a few years back and since it is warm almost all year around I am outside a lot, I love the outdoors and love doing things outside like playing sports or hiking or anything physically demanding, thats fun to me(exercising not so much).If you look up Yo Yo dieting in the dictionary there would be a picture of me.I have been over weight for 11 years.It started when I quit smoking and only progressed from there.This is now my time, with the tools that spark people offer I am going to be me again.I am going to find that person again that I use to be. Update: It has been a long, hard journey of discovery, discovering who I am, what I am capable of, what my strengths are, and how to beat my weakness. The journey is never over and I am still on the track of discovery everyday. I have met some WONDERFUL friends from sparkpeople, friends that even though I have never met are so dear to my heart. I have fell down, laid down, thrown my hands up in the air, cried in frustration but I have NEVER quit and I am still moving. I have lost 50 pounds with sparkpeople, my friends here, and the wonderful teams that I discovered from the BLC teams. I am finding that person I am meant to be, better yet I am CREATING her. I am tracking my food and what goes in my body. I am doing cardio 6 days a week and weight training ever other day. I tell myself that I am beautiful everyday and that I can do this for me.

My name is Misty. I was born and raised in Ky.I have moved to Florida four years ago and I am loving it.I have been married for 15 years and have four kids. the blessings of my life!

I love the beach and since I live in Florida, while it is warm most of the time I stay at the beach.For fun and exercise I love to skate.I have been skating since I was 12 but I just recently learned how to in-line skate.I am addicted and love the show MoonIight and pretty much anything myth related especially the vampire genre. One of my favorite series to read in that genre is the Black Dagger Brotherhood series.
