Thanks for reading and commenting on my "Overcoming Obstacles" blog. I know what you are going through with lack of motivation. I went through physical therapy for several months after I tore the abductor muscle in my leg last December. It can be hard to get your motivation back once you lose it.
Do you have pictures of yourself before you lost weight and after you lost 60 lbs? Find a picture of yourself that you don't like from before or close to before and take a picture of yourself now. That will help, at least some, to get your motivation back. 955 days ago
