Introduction Text I've heard it said that the only place to go from rock bottom is up... well in my case, it's "going down" as in numbers on the scale. I start this journey once again at 36, and still in excellent health despite my weight, I just want to get this body back in some semblance of order and control.

My obvious goal? To lose some weight (okay, a LOT of weight)... but more so right now just to fit a little better into the world around me. I would eventually like to get into a regular running regimen and go back to rollerblading and yoga.

I'm starting from rock bottom. For now it's making healthier choices and incorporating portion control -- and just making sure I'm EATING regularly (I'm really bad about skipping meals)

My name is Tracey, and I live in Baltimore, MD. I've been in the DC/Baltimore Greater Metropolitan area for the last nine years. I'm Brooklyn, NY born, and Pittsburgh, PA bred (GO STEELERS!!)

I am a skilled seamstress, an avid sportbike rider (until just recently I was an owner as well as a rider). I enjoy reading, cooking, crossword puzzles and sharing a laugh with my friends.
