Getting back into a Workout Groove


My husband is in the Marine Corp and we are currently stationed at Camp Pendleton, CA. As he has been getting in to great shape, I have been trying to loose weight. When I put on my first size 16 jeans, I knew I needed to change my ways. I would love to meet some other woman who are looking to loose and possibly meet a work-out buddy.

 Well, I just joined a gym next to my house and I am going 3-4 times a week. I am going to start bringing in my lunch to work so that I eat healthier during the day.

    Hello there.. I just happened to come across your page from someone else's.. I live in San Diego, thanks to the good old Navy!! Anyway, i hear you when you say your husband is in great shape.. So is mine, and he doesn't eve do anything.. But he could out run me anyday!! I put on LOTS of weight when I got pregnant, and here it is, a year and a half later, and I haven't lost much of anything!! Nevertheless, good luck on your way, and if you need someone in the San Diego area that gets where you are coming from, I am here!!
