To lose a total of 30 pounds this year To maintain eating a healthy balanced diet To maintain exercising 3-4 times a week

I am eating a balance diet of protein, carbs, and fat. I plan meals every 3-4 hours. Exercise in some form daily

I am currently 36, married, mother of 1 small human, living in Ohio. I am an Independent Beauty Consultant for Mary Kay as well as another job that I am not going to talk about!
