I want to change my eating habits and exercise more. I am basicly a healthy eater but I have a sweet tooth and love icecream and chocolate. I have weeks that I am so disciplined and then it seems months were I don't give food a thought. Healthy food that is. I still remember when I couId eat whatever I wanted and never gain a pound. Those days are over and I am left with only the memory of the women in my family saying this day would come. Some days I think they cursed me. lol. Looking back on my skinny days, I just wish I would have loved the skin I was in. Now, I appreciate my body and my health. I am just commited to making it better.

Fitness Minutes: 251

My Goals:
I am looking for a lifestyle change that includes healthier eating habits and more exercise. I have set mini goals for myself too.
*No more back pain(I know it is the extra wieght)
*Daily Exercise routine which includes streching
* My big goal is 120 by July this year!


My Program:
1. Exercise every day even if it is just taking the dogs for a walk
2. Drink more water
3. Eat more fruits and veggies (5 a day rule)



Personal Information:
My name is Michelle and I live in Ocala, Fl. I teach 7th grade science. I want to achieve my goal through implementing a healthy lifestyle. I love kayaking,bike riding and hiking. I know I can to do this if I put my mind to it!


Other Information:
I love reading, (especially on the beach), running, relaxing after a long day w/ a glass of wine and most things outdoors,
