August 2012 - Friends visited from Mexico, tried on wedding dress to take pictures with them, and had another lightbulb moment. Time to lose again.

June 2012 - Getting certified to be a "pre-post pregnancy fitness expert" Long time coming after being inspired here by all the moms working on getting fit!

December 2011 - Married!
July 2011 - new job! teaching!
June 2011 - Got engaged to cute boy!

Jan 2010 - I started running in December and haven't turned back! Can't believe it, but I'm amazed every time what my body is capable of!

Nov 2009 - I am now back in Georgia, recently having returned from living in Mexico for a year and a half. Before I left I quit my job, sold my car, moved out of my house, and left friends and family to try something new. I enjoyed the freedom and time to experience and learn lots of new things (and exercise). I'm happy to report that said awesome level of happiness and excitement for life is still here despite the fact that I am looking for a job. (Dating a cute boy)

Sept 20, 09- I went to a zumba masterclass and stayed after to become certified to teach "Dance Training" which is similar to zumba. I'm proud of myself for going out of my comfort zone. Also, leaving the class a guy offered me a job teaching it so we'll see! Only up from here!

Jun 2009 - I hit my first goal - something I didn't think would happen! For now, I've made another goal, but honestly, I am so happy. I'm currently trying not to let that satisfaction derail me. I've recently been facing lots of life changes, but I am happier and healthier now than I maybe ever have been.

May 2008- I did a biggest loser program at school and we weighed in every Monday. After my first full week on SP I was the top loser of the week! : )

My Goals:
I'd like to lower my body fat percentage, tone my muscles, and feel confident! I'm trying to put my health first, make conscious and responsible decisions, and gain the motivation and self-esteem to be successful in this endeavor and in life!

    Are you interested in a Challenge?

    The Biggest Loser goes for 10 weeks. It consists of 10 teams participating in weekly Fitness and Nutrition challenges. The Spring challenge will be getting started the beginning of March. It consists of fitness and nutrition challenges that are often in a form of a game. If for some reason you cannot do a challenge then they are modified to meet your needs. Often we do the challenge in a game form, we have BINGO and TIC TAC TOE or seasonally themed. For Winter we had Help Santa Fill His Sleigh, Run Rudolf Run and Super Bowl. If you decide this might be for you you can leave your name on the waitlist for the Spring challenge.
