When asked what the greatest commandment in all of life is, Jesus Christ said, "Hear, O Israel, the Lord your God, the Lord is one. You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, soul, mind, and strength" (Mark 12:28-34). When we seek our Creator above all other things, and submit our lives to him, everything else has a way of falling in place.

So I'm seeking to live a more healthy lifestyle but that's not the main thing that's on my mind. The main thing that's on my mind is loving the Lord my God by being a good steward of this body he's so graciously given me. May he be glorified in my quest for health and yours!

Thank you for your comment... I love Isaiah 40:31 also. It has given me strength during some very dark times reminding me that God will always protect us and lead us through the darkness. May God bless you and your family!!

Thank you for commenting on my blog. You're right that we can't control things beyond our control, but I still endeavor to change the things that are within our control. Even when they may not seem to be within our control. I can not rest while there is such injustice in the world.
