Hi, I came across on one of your messages on the message board and thought I would write a little bit. You are doing awesome on your weightloss. Just keep on doing what you are doing and you will get there! Congrats!

Welcome to SP! If you vary your workouts and exercise then it becomes something more to look forward to.
As you start having days were you successfully complete your workout, take that great feeling of accomplishment and let it carry you through those days that you don't really feel like it.
I see on your page here that you are planning on 45 minutes cardio 5 days + 3 days weights.
Since you are new, you might want to start small like 20-30 minutes cardio then build up to 45. IMO, keep the 3 days weights. Weights are wonderful! Just don't want you to get that "burned out" feeling. You can do it. Remember, anything is better than nothing.

Walking is also a wonderful exercise and you can do your deep breathing/stress reduction routine at the same time. Being outdoors and varying my route keeps me motivated. Particularly now that things are starting to bud. . . a new palette for your palate every walk! 4716 days ago
