Hi, Welcome to my page. I restarted the weight loss journey on my own from July 19th, 2019 and as of October 3rd, I lost 21 lbs. On September 26th, 2019 I realized that I need motivation and support to lose further lbs so I am giving Sparkpeople and its community power another try. I have had success in past with Sparkpeople and then I lost track of this website. I have joined 5% Challenge with Rowdy Rebels and looking forward to lose at least 5% weight.

Long Term Goal: Lose all the weight that I gained AFTER delivering my youngest son 12 years ago

I don't have specific program. I am trying to eliminate soda and fast food from my diet. Walk as much as possible

Personal Information:
I am happily married for 19 years, mother of 1 pre teen and 2 teenage boys. I work full time as Desk Jockey so getting the steps on the pedometer is quite challenging.
