I have struggled with my weight for so long I can't remember the first time I tried "dieting" or the first "life style change" I made. This time I am focusing on movement, counting calories, learning to love myself, dealing with emotional issues and trying not to fixate on the scale.

Fitness Minutes: 64,876

My Goals:
My first goal is to get out of the 300's.

My long term goal is to lose about 190lbs. Final goal to be determined by how I feel when I get there to know if I need to lose more or not. Losing 190 will put me at 140.

I am looking foward to being able to shop in the stores instead of online, to be able to shop in the ladies section, to not take up the entire photo, not hide behind my son in pictures and simple things like being able to tie my shoes without getting out of breathe and not being so self concious at my son's sporting events that I won't leave my seat once I get there (which makes for some long long days!), to be able to be active with my son and hubby and lots and lots of "simple" pleasures like that!


My Program:
I want to do this the right way with exercise and healthy eating. I know I have issues with emotional eating and don't like to try new foods and am picky so will be tough at times but know if I continue to make small changes I will get there!



Personal Information:
I'm a single mom to a teenage son.

Now it's up to me to learn to enjoy life and stop hiding from it.



Other Information:
I love to read, watch football and cross stitch. And I love to spend time with my family!!!

    Thanks for stopping by. I'm doing good and I'm so happy to be back to work and back to my routine. I loved the time off and got a lot done but I do better with a routine.
