Hi I'm Tami. I'm 36 years old, a single mom of two wonderful girls ages 5 and 9. I am determined to lose 50lbs, so I can be there for my kids and to live a healthier better life. I am also dealing with cronic pain (arthritis), depression, sleep issues as well as weight. Oh yeah-I'm not good with computers!!!
