Haven't been on here in a long time but thanks to a recent Dr Appt I am back. I don't know what my problem is or why I have so much trouble sticking with things. Hoping for a stronger resolve and better outcome this go around!

My Goals:
Lose the first 5 pounds. - Done
Lost 10 pounds - 7/15/15
Lose 15 pounds
Get some exercise.
Make better food choices.
Log my food daily.
Drink at least 8 cups of water a day.
Find rewards for myself that do not involve food.
Take time for me!
My Program:
My doctor recommends eating 1500-2000 calories a day.
Exercise
Personal Information:
I am married with 2 children. I enjoy spending time with my family, cooking, reading and taking pictures. I love watching my kids play sports and look forward to when I can join them.
Other Information:
I am working with a friend to improve our health. We are tired of being miserable and are going to do something about it!

Wow! That Florida trip came and went ... way too fast! I think we had a good time (minus that one particular day in Daytona). Glad we got to take the trip together!
