My quest for health and fitness has been a journey on a wildly-twisted road. I have been up and down (mostly up) in weight and have struggled to find what "clicks" for me. I face many demons - mostly food related! I can be my own worst enemy...
But, I am a 40-year-old mother of two - it's time to get real. I am taking this new leg of my journey with my husband. We want to be around for each other and for our kids for a long, long time.
