I have a severe problem with motivation for activity as I fight Epstein Barr and other issues causing CF. I also have severe allergies and 5 things wrong with my back. The back pain stops me from household activity even when I am on a roll. So a small task can take forever with multiple breaks. The allergies are just exhausting. ;). Hugs to all out there, especially the ones who can relate to having multiple issues.
As far as food, I eat pretty healthy and almost never drink pop or even drink juice. I don't like too much straight sugar though I do enjoy carbs. I'm working hard to follow an "eat cleaner" lifestyle of eating. I does make me angry though that if I even look at something unhealthy I seem to gain weight. It's hard seeing skinnies eat whatever they want (incl. my hubby)...He struggles to gain weight let alone keep it on. What a blessed man! ;) Several years ago I started emotionally eating and that's my newest battle. It's not that I eat when I'm upset necessarily but I have a difficult time with cravings, and portions. I have a issue that wasn't there before. I noticed getting the food put away early is helping though.

My Goals:
We are travelling overseas in June and I would like to drop at least 80 pounds by then. The trip is horrendous and I can't imagine doing it like this.

Trying to be more active and to reduce nighttime eating as well as portions.
