Introduction Text I am starting to use my Wii fit finally and I'm very excited to have set new goals!!! I'm going to Atlanta in mid July so have set my goals for that!! :D Don't want to be huffing and puffing around Six Flags!!!

^^These goals were set on August 31, 2009, the day I decided to get serious.^^ SW-- 218 8/31/09 CW-- 200 4 ,22, 10 GW-- 150 (mini goal) Total goal:-- 68

NO SODA 8 or more glasses of water Lots of veggies and fruits Calorie cycling, between 1200 and 1400 calories. Walk 2 to 3 miles at least 5 times per week. Strength training 2 to 3 times per week. Calorie Cycling: Tuesday Low Wednesday Low Thursday High Friday Low Saturday Low Sunday High

I love to blog and build websites (but haven't made any recently.) I love romance movies, specially those which are set in the 1800 century. Pride and Prejudice is my all time favorite movie!
