Introduction Text I'm a mom of two little ones and I'm tired of making excuses! I'm ready to work hard to lose this " baby" weight that has made itself too comfortable on my midsection! I stay at home with my kids, but teach two classes a week at a local community college, too. I'm involved with my church and know that by relying on my strength in Jesus and with lots of hard work, I can break my emotional eating habits and make a change for the better!

I'd love to tighten up my middle! I had 3 C-sections and it's what I am most self-conscious about.

I am taking classes at my gym. I signed up for a Weight training class, a spin class, and a Circuit class (which is the hardest class I have ever taken). I also do Yoga at home..

I'm from the burbs of Chicago, but now live in Flower Mound, Texas, which is a suburb of DFW.
