Hello, comrades. Going to be 36 in 3 days and really want to start this year in a good way and KEEP it that way. I have 6 kids-17,13,12,10,7, and 2-and homeschool all of them, so combined with mctd and RA it's almost impossible to lose weight since almost all exercises are off limits. Add in cold weather and walking is out the door most days, too. BUT, no excuses, I'm going to focus on a better diet and moving as much as I can when I can. Hello, comrades. Going to be 36 in 3 days and really want to start this year in a good way and KEEP it that way. I have 6 kids-17,13,12,10,7, and 2-and homeschool all of them, so combined with mctd and RA it's almost impossible to lose weight since almost all exercises are off limits. Add in cold weather and walking is out the door most days, too. BUT, no excuses, I'm going to focus on a better diet and moving as much as I can when I can. I'd like to lose the 40 lbs I've gained from having my daughter in 2013 and just since last January from a string of flares that caused ungodly swelling. But God is good and life is good and I'm in a good frame of mind. Really looking forward to meeting some new pals! I joined about 3 years ago but never really committed, but I'm sooo ready for new friends with common goals and interests even outside of weight loss, and anyone with less common interests I can learn from!

    OML apologies 136 days ago, I have not replied to your messages! I have been on a hiatus. I have only come on to log in, spin the wheel and log off, occasionally I have read the few articles here and there, but have not done much else. What have you been up to? If you have been doing a lot, awesome, seriously! I havent been up to much, but I have gone back into minimal stuff just to build up to the maximum stuff!
