    That is interesting that your nutrition plan is the opposite of the currently popular ones - high protein and fat to satisfy hunger cravings and low carb albeit total low calories in order to lose weight.

    JUNEPA ... Thank you so much! WFPB-NO is Whole Food Plant Based -- No Oil. I follow the Dr McDougall starch-based diet, where I eat mostly starch (potatoes, rice, beans, corn, etc) along with yellow and green non-starchy foods (I have a big salad with lunch and dinner) and absolutely no oil in anything I eat. We are allowed some nuts and avocadoes and olives, but not if we are following the Maximum Weight Loss version of the way of eating. Let me know if you'd like some recipe ideas!
