Introduction Text Hello, it seems I have waited all this time and finally realized that all of a sudden, I know diddly about how to keep healthy on my own. Perhaps it is just a talent that I have hidden from myself for awhile. Time to awaken those talents!! Note: July 16, 2012: Back to the tracker and Sparky. Old habits came back when I quit looking and I am close to my old self of long ago. My stubborn nature and courage undaunted bring me back, I was happy when I reached my goal and happy now, yet want to be where I was when I left Spark. When I reach my goals again, this time the battle will be considered a START and not a finish. I now know and realize that life long commitment means just that. Note: 11/20/08 - Something HAS changed The pictures are from this month now and I am near my goal. My talents have increased from inception to now in learning more on nutrition and exercise and a healthy lifestyle. However there is so much MORE to learn LOL. ( I ought to add some pix of me at my original weight, IF I can find any, pictures have not been my friend then) A goal is like a treasure found, but still you need the map, with vision and intent that's sound, soon you will see no gap! For what you want is always there, Just takes awhile to spark, Life has many treasures rare, Good friends and in your heart.

My goals are to never stop learning, and always know that you never know everything! In addition to that lol, I want to lose weight and look great! (not that I am not great now hehehe)

I am tracking my nutrition daily, drinking more water, and walking at either target goal or more. Rinse and repeat LOL.

At moment still have a hometown in Florida! If anyone wants a poem or needs a co-writer for something it could be me!

I have many poems and can always write another on the spot. It has been awhile since I took time for myself and it shows on me again HA. I soon have to edit photos but hope to engage into my better lifestyle and stick with it. Always good to hear from friends.
