I started this spark page 6 years ago and my weight has gone down and then back up. I don't want to spend the rest of my life fighting so hard. I'm tired of hiding in the background of pictures so I can hide the fat. Here is what I do and do not want my life to look like.

1. I don't want to deprive myself of things I want.
2. I want to walk up the stairs without getting winded.
3. I want to be physically active.
4. I want to run a 5k.
5. I don't want to worry that I can't do something because of my weight.
6. I want to make my own decisions about what is healthy. I define what my body needs.
7. I want to manage my anxiety without medication.
8. I want to dead lift over 100 lbs. DONE 106 lbs. on 8/18/15
9. Complete the Give it 100 challenge with pushups. DONE 12/9/15
10. Compete in either an aquabike or super sprint triathlon.
11. Swim a continuous mile. DONE 6/29/2016
12. I want to Thrive, not Survive.
13. Complete 6 races in the 2017. /

Additionally, I want to feel better about who I am. I want to overcome anxiety, see the person other people see, and feel better about who I am.

My Goals:
100 lbs lost: Have a small celebration with friends/family!
85 lbs. lost: Get a Pedicure.
75 lbs. lost: buy tickets to Portland! (DONE!)
60 lbs. lost: Share progress to friends on social media (DONE!)
50 lbs. lost: buy a speedo shine.
40 lbs. lost: Shoes (found a great deal) DONE
25 lbs. lost: celebrate with training fins for swimming. (DONE)
10 lbs. lost: Buy a Misfit Shine- DONE

End All Be All Goals:
1. Buy/Make clothes without being limited by the size.
2. Sign up for an athletic event without feeling stressed about not finishing.
3. Have the confidence to say "Damn I look good."

My Program:
My program mostly consists of tracking what I eat and working out. I love to swim and find it therapeutic. Use physical activity as a tool to manage my anxiety. I know that I need to learn to listen to my body, when I'm full I need to learn to stop.
