    This challenge should be alot of fun.....I hope we have some weekly or daily challenges to keep us going.....
    Like even small things like.


    ~Do 3 sets of 20 ......squats while you are making dinner
    ~ Try not to eat at least 3 hours before you go to bed
    I don't know these are examples.....but every small thing helps.

    ~Park your car far away and walk
    ~Take the stairs
    ~Drink 9 glasses of water instead of 10.
    ~March in front of the tv when there is a commercial.....


    I know we will do this!!!
    i went hiking today for 60 minutes and I am going to go lift weights this evening and some ab work.

    We can keep each other motivated.
