    When you are logging in your food,you'll see the words meal plan to right far right,underneath it ,it says change,click on that and you can change the foods in your meal plan.

    It is a lot of work first starting out, most of my food items were not in there, even after doing a search. Guess it will get easier once they are all in there. Biggest thing noticed is not getting enough water during the day, if your schedule don't allow for much excercise to require water chances are your not going to make the goal for water at the end of the day.
    Wow, just experimenting with a crispy chicken sandwich from Wendy's and a small frosty, I still did not go over my fat intake, still a bit less, but sodium content went through the roof.
    emoticon I think this calls for more water to flush it out.
