My name is Ray. I am 36 years old, and recently hit a negative milestone of 300 lbs again. While this is not the heaviest I have ever been it is very close. I plan to use this blog to chronicle my weight change and return to a healthy lifestyle. My ultimate goal is to become half the man I am! 150 lbs is towards the lower end of my suggested normal level, but I have never been thin, and when I get down to a weight where I feel comfortable complacency sets in, and I revert back to old habits. ...

My Goals:
My Goals are to lose more than 100 lbs and then assess.
Adhere to a responsible eating plan not more than 1500 calories.


My Program:
 Low caloric intake diet(Mainly Juice) plus cardio walking/biking. Strength training 3X per week.
