I'm getting my doctorate in music, am trying to keep my sanity and lose weight!

My Goals:
I REALLY want to lose weight and get healthy! Short term goal is to lose 5 pounds by September. Long term goal is to lose 50 pounds.

My Program:
 Sparks nutrition tracker, using their caloric suggestions. Exercise: Swim 6 days a week, weight lift 3 days a week, hike once per week, walk my dog daily.
