Another Fresh Start...


I was married on May 21st of 2011 and had gotten to a "happy place" with my weight and health. Then came the honeymoon, and it all went down (or up if you look at it like that)hill from there.

We're trying to start a family of our own now and enter the next stage of our lives, and I need to get a grip on my weight and health..yet again.

Have a healthy lifestyle so I can start a family with my new husband and enstill good health values in our future child!

 I am doing Weight Watchers online, and using Sparkpeople. I'm also currently using the Ease into 10k app and running on the treadmill.
