So Spark People, I've been apart of the Spark family for 9 months, I'm 81 lbs lighter and couldn't be happier with the progress I'm making. I have more energy, working out is a daily NEED, and I'm eating healthier( thanks Spark recipes for the ideas ;-) ). One of my best friends joined Sparkpeople and is doing great and I'm so happy for her! My son is eating healthy, now my husband has jumped on board and that's awesome! I'm so proud of him! Now I feel like I have to step it up bc we all know men lose weight faster than men. My goal for the summer is to be able to RUN a 5k. I know I can do it with my Spark community and supportive fam and friends. I am so thankful that God has helped me come so far on my journey to become healthy. And I know this year He will continue to be my strength and my guide. Ready to be the woman He designed me to be :-)

My Goals:
- lose 50 by the end of 2010
-met goal Nov 2010
-complete Daniel's Fast, January 9-30 2011
-weigh 200 lbs by March 15, 2011
-run 5k by summer 2011
-weigh 175 by May 31, 2011

- have a 30''-34'' waist!

- stay healthy
- get rid of my belly and have a stomach
- stay active
- be an example to my son
- be able to buy clothes not in the plus size section!

My Program:
-lots and lots of FIBER
-fruits and veggies!
-drink at least 16 cups of water a day
-track my food
-work out daily
-reward myself
-don"t put myself down
-meet and pass all of my weekly goals

Personal Information:
Excited about going on this cruise with my husband.
I am a fun out going person who is on fire for God and ready to be the woman He had in mind.

Other Information:
I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me! - Philippians 4:13

    I am starting the 5 week 5K SP Training plan today... I have my very first 5K coming up on April 2nd, but my training was interrupted these last couple of weeks by a cold and a foot injury. But today I get back on the horse. So Day 1 Week 1 of the 5wk SP training followed by 30 minutes of strength training at the gym =)

    OK, since you say you're tired today and dont want to do anything and since I want to see you achieve your goal or get as close to it as possible I challenge you to do at least a 30 minute walk just as soon as you have a chance to... that should give you some energy =)
