Hey Meghan! I'm doing well. I was getting lazy there for about 3 days with logging in my food and excercises. Boy does it make a difference! I've maintained, but haven't lost weight in the past week and a half. :-( I press on though! Thanks for checking in!!!

Yes, I don't think the flaxseed is helping with weight loss, because it is straight FAT. But it is good for your joints, and helps your body move for cardio, etc. I noticed a lot of fitness competitors take it though, so I figured they probably know what they're doing, right? And it had lots of Omega (good Fat).

I am taking Lipo-6x. Again, a lot of fitness competitors take that as a supplement, and I have heard lots of success stories about it, so I figured I'd give it a go. I did lose 2 lbs that first day, but no more since then. But no gains either. I like it though because it doesn't make me feel all jittery and shaky like a lot of those pills do. I'm just happy it did what I wanted - helped me break my plateau!

You lost ANOTHER two pounds!! Awesome! You are doing SO well with your consistency! How many calories are you taking in a day? If you don't mind. I am having a hard time finding that "magic" calorie number. I did 1200 for awhile, and lose zero pounds. Then I upped it to about 1500-1600 and lost (but it coulda been the pills), and I did 1500 for everyday this week, but haven't lost anymore. I just wish there was someone who could give me like a DEFINATE number to follow!!! Oh well - guess it's trial and error!
