Hello fellow Sparkers!
I am not really sure what to say here...
I am a bit of introvert trying to come out of my shell. I am not a writer so blogs will be few and far between. And I have issues with weight/food/exercise that run pretty deep. That's me in a nut house, oh! I mean SHELL, nutshell. lol!
Anyway, I'm on a quest to become a happier & healthier me! I have lifetime of bad habits that I need to retrain myself on. Since I want the new habits to last ...

I am not really sure what to say here...
I am a bit of introvert trying to come out of my shell. I am not a writer so blogs will be few and far between. And I have issues with weight/food/exercise that run pretty deep. That's me in a nut house, oh! I mean SHELL, nutshell. lol!
Anyway, I'm on a quest to become a happier & healthier me! I have lifetime of bad habits that I need to retrain myself on. Since I want the new habits to last the rest of my life, I am not in a hurry.
I have been around Sparkpeople on & off. I always come back because I really appreciate the tools and support. I have learned so much from other Sparkers.
I am not a wealth of knowledge but am supportive of anyone else who struggles with their own baggage that is keeping them from living healthier, mentally & physically.
