GOAL TRACKING Final Goal: 229 lbs to 145 by May 2021 Maintenance: 145-150 for life Weight History: Heaviest weight recorded: 242 Date Recorded: 242, and again Circa June 2019. Digestive problems led me to find an allergy to gluten. I stopped eating gluten 9/4/15. Since then I limit corn, dairy, soy, and various other individual foods that I have an allergy to or gain weight from. Lost 110 lbs in a year and 3 months in 2015-2016 (242 down to 132). Gained weight back with pregnancy, swelling and PPD. Time to lose the weight again! June 2019 : 242 June 15, 2020: 229 October 15, 2020: 219 December 31, 2020: Starting to find my groove again! ------------------------------- Mentors and Resources: My mentors and resources so far have been google (haha, for gluten usage information), Abel James (Fat Burning Man, Wild Diet book), Yuri Elkaim (holistic health expert), and Lyn-Genet's "The Plan" book. ------------------------------- I BEAT GRAVES DISEASE IN 2016. My Program:
- No processed foods.
- Nothing with more than 5 ingredients.
- No ingredients that I don't know what they are or what they do or are used for.
- Reduce sugar intake.
- No gluten, MSG, or corn (allergies).
- No grains, except on occasion (and must be gluten free).



Personal Information:
I'm from Iowa. I am married to an amazing and supportive man. I'm currently 27 years old.

I'm a photographer and love every minute of it. I love graph design as well--but I don't have a degree. I'd love to finish my degree some day, but it will be awhile until I can.
