There is no decision that we can make that doesn't come with some sort of balance or sacrifice.


For once i'm taking care of myself first. It's time to get healthy. I've tried before and lost a great deal of weight, but then stopped just as life got too busy. This time i will keep moving forward. Life will always get "too busy" and someone will always need me to do something and i will always have to be somewhere, but this time i will be healthy enough to do what i have to do. My body is a living temple - God created it, Jesus died for it and the Holy Spirit lives within it, so i need take ...

To be healthy overall and have more energy.

My Program:
 Cardio three to five times a week.

Strength training three days a week.

Eat well balanced meals while staying in my daily calorie ranges.

Follow the 80/20 rule.
