    Hey! Yes! It's the little clippy thing and so far, I love it! It gives me a much more accurate picture of how many calories I burn a day and more importantly helped me figure out that the reason I am so tired at night is because I apparently move around like a gypsy in my sleep! I recommend the splurge!

    Hey Amanda! For sure we can be buddies! Right now I am doing the January Fitness Challenge (not sure if that is the exact name but you can find it in the challenge section of community I think) It gives you great little 10 minute videos to do once per day and 5 days of cardio of your choice. Right now for cardio it is either Zumba for 20-30 min or my 0 to 10k that I am training for which works out to about 30 minute sessions too. Foodwise I am just tracking all my calories and trying to stay within 1200-1500 and not beat myself up if I'm over
