My Weight Loss Goals-
*Keep track of everything-food,exercise, and water
*treadmill-30 minutes a day
*mall walk at least 4 times a week (45 minutes)
*at least 8 glasses of water
Overall Goals-
*To have a healthy and happy life
My Program:
Daily Exercise - walking/exercise at least 30 minutes daily

Eating Healthy
Talking about my goals with loved ones
Personal Information:
I am married to a wonderfully supportive man. We have no kids. We are the "parents" to a very spoiled puppy.
Other Information:
I love music, mainly alternative. I love the following bands...Fall Out Boy, Cobra Starship, Jack's Mannequin, Taking Back Sunday, Brand New, Lucky Boys Confusion, Something Corporate, Panic At The Disco, The Cab, The Hush Sound, Meg & Dia, Paramore, Gym Class Heroes, Motion City Soundtrack, My Chemical Romance, The Used, The Academy Is, The Matches, way too many to list.
My fave tv shows-
Prison Break, House, Heroes, LOST, Damages, Grey's Anatomy, Private Practice, Pushing Daisies, The Office, Friends, Clean House, Family Guy, Aqua Teen Hunger Force, The Simpsons.
My fave movies-
V For Vendetta, A Christmas Story, Amelie, The Mexican, Office Space, Moulin Rouge, Phantom Of The Opera, The Ring, Clueless, How To Lose A Guy In 10 Days, Mean Girls, Corky Romano, Alice In Wonderland, Batman: The Dark Knight, Nightmare Before Christmas
I love reading...I read on the treadmill which is good because I have tons of books to read!
