My name is Liz. Welcome and thank you for visiting my page. I am married to a wonderful husband now for 8 years. I have 2 children, ages 22 and 6.

I am so determined to lose all this weight. It is taken me 21 years to finally make up my mind to lose it. This is truly a God given miracle. One thing about me is that once I make up my mind to do something, there's no stopping me. All these years it has taken me has been the result of the battleship of the mind.

My mission in life is to lose weight, keep it off, get fit, be healthy and stay focused, and then be a blessing to others. I believe the key to losing weight is to first make up your mind. Then find an awesome program to facilitate the weight loss.

Losing weight to me is so vital in achieving the best life. I am soo tired and fed up with this fat cheese on my body. I am very, very, very DONE! with this big body of mine. I will reshape, remold and change my appearance for life. This is a life change, not a temporary change. Many people think losing weight is that they will eat right, exercise then after the weight is lost, they go back to their old eating habits again. Big mistake! Anyway, I want my husband to finally pick me up and carry me around the house. When he does that, I know I got it going on. Let's live our best life - lose weight and be healthy. Most of all BE DONE FOR THE REST OF YOUR LIFE. Love you all!

My program I'm doing:

"7-day plan"

Day 1- Fruits, except banana.
Day 2- Veggies, fresh, raw, cooked.
Day 3- Fruits and veggies.
Day 4- 8 bananas and 8 glassses os skim milk.
Day 5- 1 1/2 lb of beef and tomatoes.(Drink 8 glasses of water to wash away uric acid.
Day 6- Beef and veggies. (Eat as much beef as u want within moderation)
Day 7- Brown rice and veggies with unsweetened juice.

T-J Soup: (optional)

1 lg head cabbage
1 lg onion
2 green bell peppers
1 bunch of celery
1-2 tomatoes
2-3 Bouillon cubes for season. NO SALT !
Cook veggies to tender and enjoy. Eat soup as often as u like, when ever u get hungry.

My Goals:
My goals are first to weigh 120 pounds again.

To run the L.A. Marathon a 3rd time.

To be able to help and inspire other people to lose weight.

To sit down on the floor with my 6 yr old indian style and play.

To get fit and healthy and stay there for the rest of my life.

To get rid of taking all of my medications for good!!!

My Program:
I am on a weight loss program called "The 7-Day Plan". It consists of fruits, veggies, and protein. I drink 80oz of water a day.
I'm exercising 5 days a week - cardio, strength training, and aerobics. It works for me and I love the plan.

Personal Information:
I have been married for 8 years. I have one adult daughter 22 years old, and one son 6 years old. I am a born-again believer who attends a wonderful church. I love to run for exercise. Running charges me up and makes me feel like I can fly.

Other Information:
I enjoy going to the movies with my husband, playing fireman with my son. I also like reading People, Ebony and Essence magazines in my spare time. One of my passions is Running.
