    I see you are a runner like myself. I too am about your weight and have the goal of 125. It is harder for me to lose the last 10. I find working out more makes me hungrier and I feel justified with it. What are your tips?

    Hi there....I am only home temporarily....we are camping for the week, but my daughter has dance class this evening, and my son has baseball practice, so while I am in town, I figure I will hop on over to my cardio kickboxing class...lol And yes, in reply to your comment, I am FINALLY on my way to my goals! Broke some rules and did W1D1 and W1D2 on back to back days....but it is so beautiful at the campground and did not want to waste my "child" free time early in the AM while the kiddies are asleep....there is a 1.5 mile loop around the pond that I am camping at and it is just long enough (20 mins for me) to do my run/walk program....woohoo! Congratulations on getting to week 2...that is so awesome! Must feel great! Hope you do well! Well, will check back with you later this week when I get back home.

    To Sp Class of June 22. I am happy to see that you have found some teams that interest you. Take your time and hunt around and get comfortable with the site.. it's all here.. a wealth of information to help you lose weight, feel great and change your lifestyle for the better.
