Wants to be in one-derland!!
I'm a 24 year old substitute teacher and graduate student who has ALWAYS been calling herself plump, curvy, chubby, velomptuous, thick, big boned etc... Frankly, I'm sick of it!
Realizing its a life style change is only half the battle... now i gotta figure out how to implement it and make it stick! I'm trying to get healthy and fit, and Spark is helping me do it!

Eating sensibly and being active... that's all anyone really needs! Now, i just gotta DO it! :)
Cardio- 5X a week
Strength- 3x a week
Yoga- 1X a week
Stretching- after every workout
