Hello! My name is Joy and I'm a new mom. I had my daughter on 8/4/14. I had just restarted my weight loss journey on 1/6/14 and three days later I found out I was pregnant. Back in 2013 I had lost down to within 4 lbs of my goal. Unfortunately by the time I found out I was pregnant I had gained almost 20lbs back. My goal is to not only loose the "baby weight" but to get down to my goal weight which is 150lbs. I started out at 217 in June of 2013 and had lost down to 154lbs through walking and watching what I ate.

My Goals:
To not only , but to create a more loose back down to my goal weight, but create a healthier outlook for my life and for my family. I don't want to just be thinner. I want to be a better me for my daughter and husband.

My Program:
I've set the goal to walk AT LEAST 2 miles a day (at least 5 days a week) or at least an hour of cardio/fitness 5-6 days a week. I have also started watching what (and how much) I eat.

Personal Information:
My name is Joy and I'm a junior high teacher. I'm 27 and want to get on the track to a healthier life. I married my college sweetheart in 2009 and he has helped motivate me through his own impressive (almost 100 pounds and still going) weight loss. I had a precious baby girl on 8/4/14 so now I'm going to lose the baby weight and finally get down to my goal weight!
