    Hi! Saw your reply to the support thread. It sounds as if you are doing everything right - maybe you have developed muscle, which accounts for the plateau. I am currently trying to see a number on the scale that I haven't seen for YEARS - and don't seem to be able to make it, the difference being that I'm hopeless at doing the exercise - certainly not muscle on me emoticon
