Back again.....
Sick and tired of being overweight and unfit.....time to make some changes *AGAIN*.
re- Start date---- Oct. 23, 2009 - 212 lbs.
Dec. 10, 2009 - 187 lbs. (25 lbs gone)
Feb. 4, 2010- 180 (32 lbs gone)

My Goals:
To lose 2 lb. each week. Stay smokefree and continue to lose weight and get healthy. Exercise at least 3x a week NO EXCUSES cardio and weights!!! Get in some type of exercising each day....walking, gardening, dancing, something active .
My Program:
** Update- Dr. Seigals was a great jumpstart....but I've been off the cookies completely since middle of Dec.. I'm calorie counting between 1200-1500 a day. Eating healthy (more whole foods), lots of water, exercisising (cardio and alternate with weights 5-7 days a week).
**Update- I did start on Oct. 23, 2009 doing the Dr. Seigal cookie diet. Did it very strict for a week then adding more veggies and calories and less cookies. I'm still doing Dr. Seigals but tweeking it to suit my body better. I sometimes have one cookie a day up to 3 now and the rest food......healthy foods. Basically I am calorie counting and sticking with as much whole foods and unprocessed as possible. I also take daily vitamins, drink plenty of water and decaf green tea unsweetened. This has been working for me....even though there has been alot of negativity coming from those that don't agree, I keep strong and keep pluggin along.

Recently quit smoking Aug.28, 2007 *Update stopped smoking Oct. 8th 2009....I will keep trying till I get it right* and really trying to get fit and healthy.....I'm so tired of the lose 25 gain 30 game, time to put a stop to it and stay consistant.
